Volunteers

Taking part in a race doesn't only mean running it.  In every race we have hundreds of people who come along and help us with all the many tasks that make the event so enjoyable for everyone, whether runners, spectators or organizers.  If you'd like to volunteer to be a part of the RAK Half Marathon 2011, read on...

Firstly we need you to understand that volunteers do not get paid, sorry!

Although you won't be earning any cash for your efforts, think instead about what you will get:

• An official souvenir race t-shirt
• Refreshments
• The opportunity to meet some of the best athletes on earth
• A souvenir photo of you and your 'team'

and best of all...the opportunity to be a part of the UAE's only world record breaking race!

Please read ALL the information carefully and only apply if you're sure you can commit to the times and dates indicated.

If you have friends or family who would like to volunteer with you, please let them know about this page or print off an extra pack for them!
